Quay Locations is a Manchester property letting and operating business. Its brief is familiar to many growing operators: bring tenancy records, documents, compliance dates and payment tracking together in one place.

The portal is being developed around the way the portfolio is actually run, with working software reviewed against day-to-day needs.

The build is also the foundation for a BTL Tenancy Portal that other operators will be able to use, configured to their portfolio.

Running several applications creates a practical reporting problem: activity, usage and costs sit in different places. Our internal dashboard brings available information together into a single working view.

It distinguishes application cost estimates from billed costs and makes missing or incomplete connections visible. That matters when the next decision depends on understanding what the figures do—and do not—cover.

It is an example of the kind of internal reporting tool we can scope around a business’s own systems.

We are developing a shared marketing automation platform for our product brands. The aim is to make recurring work reusable while keeping each brand’s context, evidence and review requirements distinct.

The current development work focuses on a DogBoarder workflow. It is part of our wider approach to building small, connected systems around repeatable business processes.
